Xenesys delivered a small temperature difference power generation unit, called “Mini-OTEC model” to Tateyama Kagaku Industry Co., Ltd., and installed in eco-house in Toyama National College of Technology, Hongo Campus, as one of the large scaled experimental facility for energy education (Photovoltaic, hydroelectric, small temperature difference power generation, and plant factory).

Approximately 100 people from local company, junior high school students, and teaching staff of Toyama National College of Technology participated in an explanatory presentation and a study tour of the installed equipments, held on March 25, 2014 at Toyama National College of Technology. Xenesys described outlines of the installed unit.

In Toyama National College of Technology, experimental practice on energy and computer network in all subjects will be implemented, and in advanced course, it is planned to implement experimental study targeting next smart-grid era.
