Xenesys Inc. has established a new joint venture in Tahiti, French Polynesia

Xenesys Inc. and the Pacific Petroleum Company group, have established "Xenesys Pacific Research & Services S.A.S", a joint venture based in Tahiti, French Polynesia. The new company will focus to develop new projects as well as to conduct commercial and technical studies to realize Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) in French Polynesia, New Caledonia and Vanuatu.
In addition, on August 22, OTEC and Xenesys Pacific R & S projects for French Polynesia were presented to Mr. Gaston Tong Sang, the President of French Polynesia at the President office.
