Kirigo elementary school students visited to OTEC R&D Center and Xenesys Imari Plant as social studies filed trip.
Through a model plant of “mini-OTEC” and an environmental & educational tool “Tangible Earth”, students learnt how to produce electricity and desalinate seawater by utilizing the ocean with understanding more about environment and energy.
