Venturing of OTEC Power Generation

The Global Community Starting to Move for Practical Use
India has almost completed construction of a 1,000 kW pilot plant, designed in collaboration with Saga University. Having delivered plate heat exchangers to them, Xenesys Inc. is also playing a vital role in the project. The Indian government plans to construct 1,000 OTEC power plants, each with 50,000kw, throughout the country. Upon completion, they could generate electricity nearly equal to the combined total of all Japanese nuclear power generation facilities.
Palau is planning to launch a 3,000 kW OTEC plant with clear intention of making a complete change from diesel oil for power generation to OTEC in the next 10 years. Xenesys Inc. has been receiving offers for research support and technical collaboration from more than 50 countries, including Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Cook Islands and the United States (Hawaii).
"Let's become an energy exporting country through OTEC and help preserve the global environment" is a proposal from Xenesys, a member of the earth village, to tackle environmental issues in the 21st century.
